    The majority of our roles are customer-facing positions including visitor services, retail, front of house, usher, ticketing and gallery invigilation and door supervision, but we also have back office positions including administrative, membership, reception and management.

    Candidates must understand the importance of providing a unique visitor experience and be used to working in a busy customer facing environment. You don’t necessarily have to have worked within a museum or gallery before, but you must have an interest in and passion for the arts or heritage, enjoy working with people, and have a strong work ethic.
