We have temporary roles across the UK in a wide range of sectors, including Museums & Galleries, Beauty & Fashion, and Travel Retail.

The personality traits we are looking for in the right candidate are reliability, flexibility, trustworthiness, passion, commitment, motivation and a can-do attitude. Many of our assignments come up at short notice, and you must be prepared to work overtime.

We are looking for candidates who are willing to go the extra mile as many of our roles involve putting yourself out there, talking to and helping people. Many of our temp roles suit people like actors, students, and beauty therapists who are looking for paid work at the same time as pursuing other interests. These tend to be the people with the personality and lifestyle that really suits the temp jobs we offer.

We expect all our temps to be professional, punctual, polite, well spoken, well presented and to be team players.

Training

As soon as we take you on, our in-house team will give you induction training and guide you through our grooming guidelines so you fully understand our expectations. We will also offer any specific training you may need in order to do a great job. This includes customer services, ticketing and retail technology, as well as product and brand briefings.

If you’re looking for a foot in the door in a sector that is notoriously difficult to enter, a temporary role is a great way to do it. We have plenty of examples of our temporary staff going on to get permanent roles and even senior positions in organisations.
