All new members of staff will attend an in-house induction with us and be guided through our welcome pack so they fully understand our, and your expectations. The Artisan Induction covers Selling Skills, Business Building, and Traffic Stopping.
We cover Grooming Guidelines and process store approval and till training, as well as monitoring performance with a Personal Development Programme and Sales Performance reviews.
Whatever the role, with our extensive expertise of each sector we provide candidates with the competencies, attitudes and skills required to start a successful career.
In addition to the induction training, our beauty candidates are also trained on individual brands and specific sales techniques including Promoting Fragrances, and Application of Makeup. They will research any specific products they are working with in order to be able to talk knowledgeably to your customers.
Our candidates already have a passion for your subject area, but we will also train them in areas specific to their role, such as ticketing and scanning technology, retail technology, brand values etc, so they provide the best possible customer experience.
