The Role

As the Weekend Security Front-Line Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and security of both visitors and exhibits. Leading a dedicated team, you’ll coordinate day-to-day operations, manage security protocols, and respond to any incidents with calm efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in creating an exceptional visitor experience while upholding the highest security standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising and managing daily activities, from opening and closing procedures to scheduling and briefings.

How You’ll Dazzle Us

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and a clean DBS certificate.
• Proven supervisory or management experience, ideally in a similar setting.

• Multilingual abilities (a bonus!) and flexibility to work weekends consistently.
