A fragrance and skincare brand is looking for an experienced Store Manager with a passion and flair for customer service to lead their store in Leeds.
With support from your Line Manager, you will oversee all aspects of your store’s business from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and customer events.
You should be team-oriented, with a focus on leadership and motivation. You will inspire your team daily with your passion for customer service, as well as your calm attitude and professionalism.
Late nights and travel to other stores may be required.

We’re seeking a passionate and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years managing a stand alone store, ideally within the health and beauty industry. You’ll be a confident communicator who excels in using MS Office, Excel and Sharepoint. We value strong leadership and teamwork, so you should be comfortable working collaboratively and effectively with cross functional teams and treat everyone with honesty, kindness and respect.
This role requires a self-starter with impeccable standards, a keen eye for detail and who can thrive in a retail environment, including weekends and evenings. You should possess positive energy as well as a desire to coach others and help them achieve their full potential at the same time as motivating them with your passion for customer service.
A genuine love for the brand and the beauty/wellness industry is a plus!
