A brand new disruptive and innovative skincare brand with great plans for 2024 is looking for a proven Sales and Marketing Director to be based in London. This will initially be a Freelance (Temp to Perm) role, with the plan to move to a permanent contract within 3 months on completion of the agreed targets.
As Sales and Marketing Director, you will help launch the brand and the company’s first hero product, establishing key sale channels, retail, and professional care for rapid scale-up in the UK and globally.
You will drive the overall sales and marketing strategy and execute the ultimate marketing strategy on and offline, driving top and bottom-line goals and results while enhancing brand equity.
An overview of your responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate is a passionate and analytical marketing leader with 10+ years of experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and the beauty retail landscape, and can inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
You have relevant knowledge of working with major UK and Global beauty retailers and are able to use this to grow a successful beauty brand. You’ll leverage your strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across internal teams and external partners, all while keeping a data-driven approach to maximise impact.
