We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Makeup Advisor to work in a world famous Luxury Department Store in the heart of London’s West End.

The role

This stunning brand is world renowned and respected for its high quality skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair products.

As a Makeup Advisor, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers.

You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele. As well as bringing incremental business, you will increase retention of clientele by building brand loyalty.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Makeup Artist to join a luxury retail environment. You’ll need a proven track record and the ability to showcase your skills through a trade test. In this fast-paced environment, flexibility is key, as hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. A desire to learn about high-end products and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service are essential.

You’ll be driven, results-oriented, and confident in approaching customers, utilising your sales skills to elevate the shopping experience. With excellent communication skills, you’ll be able to identify customer needs and expertly demonstrate products and makeup applications. A polished and professional appearance is a must.
