Ecommerce Executive

An award-winning fragrance brand is looking for an ambitious and driven Ecommerce Executive to be based in Aldgate East.

The role

As Ecommerce Executive, you will help run the day to day management of our websites and associated platforms and systems. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager and Head of Marketing, you will be working collaboratively with the Marketing, Operations and Sales teams and will help drive the operation for ecommerce growth across all key regions. Key responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager to channel the ecommerce operations with company objectives and sales targets.
• Contributing to new product launches, creating PDPs and landing pages.
• Working collaboratively with the Digital Designer and Ecommerce Manager to create dynamic, engaging and effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Producing weekly sales and website performance reports.
• General website maintenance and optimisation.
• Ensuring the website is kept up to date with correct offers, correct gift offers, updated banners, new-in products, and regularly update the product pages.
• Ensuring Amazon Seller Central is kept up to date with correct offers, correct gift offers, new-in products, regularly updated PDPs and Brand Store.

How you’ll dazzle us

The successful candidate will be commercially minded and have an aptitude for analytics, project management and customer service. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role and 2+ years experience with Shopify Plus. Experience with core SEO practices, Google Universal Analytics and GA4 is also required. You will need Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills, copywriting skills and excellent understanding of stock inventory management.
