A luxury beauty and fragrance brand is looking for a CRM & Loyalty Manager at their Headquarters in Aldgate East, London.

The role

As CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will be responsible for increasing engagement with current and future customers across multiple channels. Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and execute the CRM and loyalty strategy informed by rigorous analysis, audience research and insight.
  • Deliver the CRM communications strategy to drive engagement and conversion, work with ecommerce and brand manager to create intelligent segmentation, engaging copy, creative content and storytelling.
  • Set up meaningful segmentation and targeting, marketing automations and analytics to inform continuous optimisation in driving revenue.
  • Develop automated customer journey processes.
  • Create personalised communications using dynamic content and historical buying behaviour.
  • Deliver customer journey mapping and work to drive sales and sign-ups and improve member journeys in both the physical environment of our hotels and the digital environment of our website.
  • Deliver regular monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of different campaigns and activities, with a robust evaluation framework.
  • Develop a culture and practice of continuous testing and learning to optimise performance.
  • Provide data insights and visualisations for a range of internal and external stakeholders.

How you’ll dazzle us

The ideal candidate will have extensive proven relevant experience in CRM and loyalty marketing, integrated loyalty and retention marketing campaigns and activity across all aspects of the marketing mix, above and below the line.

You should have proven experience as a business lead in a successful CRM systems transformation project and an excellent understanding of the technical requirements necessary to support the business.

With strong technical knowledge of Klaviyo CRM, from developing segmentation and automations, to customer data management, to developing systems for testing and optimising and leveraging value from membership and CRM programmes.

You will need to be familiar with Paid Acquisition principles and best practices and have outstanding editorial and written messaging skills. You have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, are highly motivated and full of creative ideas.
