A luxury beauty and fragrance brand is looking for a CRM & Loyalty Manager at their Headquarters in Aldgate East, London.
As CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will be responsible for increasing engagement with current and future customers across multiple channels. Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
The ideal candidate will have extensive proven relevant experience in CRM and loyalty marketing, integrated loyalty and retention marketing campaigns and activity across all aspects of the marketing mix, above and below the line.
You should have proven experience as a business lead in a successful CRM systems transformation project and an excellent understanding of the technical requirements necessary to support the business.
With strong technical knowledge of Klaviyo CRM, from developing segmentation and automations, to customer data management, to developing systems for testing and optimising and leveraging value from membership and CRM programmes.
You will need to be familiar with Paid Acquisition principles and best practices and have outstanding editorial and written messaging skills. You have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, are highly motivated and full of creative ideas.
