Beauty Team Supervisor

We’re seeking an experienced Beauty Team Supervisor to oversee the day to day activities of our team of Makeup Artists and Brand Ambassadors working for one of Europe’s fastest growing cosmetics brands within a major Department Store in W1.

The role

As an experienced Supervisor with a passion for all things beauty, you’ll enjoy helping customers to select the perfect shades and colours to suit their skin tone. You understand that every individual is different, and can create different looks for people, according to their needs, and help them achieve them.

You’ll have experience of overseeing a team for a leading cosmetic brand, and have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate them to deliver a stellar customer experience, and achieve their sales targets..

How you’ll dazzle us

Ideally, you’ll be a highly skilled Makeup Artist with creative and technical expertise which you can use to train others – as well as team supervisory skills.

A great team player, you’ll be customer focused, outgoing and welcoming, with a love of beauty retail. You’ll be reliable, punctual and well presented at all times and be able to provide expert makeovers to customers, whilst advising on the best look and products to use for them.
