Based in our Central London office, our corporate recruitment team handles permanent jobs in General, PA, and Administration positions.

The department is run by our supportive and knowledgeable consultants who are all hugely experienced in their specialist fields.

Our job is to find the right candidates for every position. To help them achieve this, each consultant works hard to build up a network of contacts in their industry sector. A ready-made pool of exceptional candidates makes it more likely that we will be more likely to find the perfect person for each vacancy.

    We deal with permanent and temporary vacancies. With over 25 years as a recruitment consultant specialising in administrative, PA and general office-based roles, we deal with office support vacancies across all sectors.

    Candidates must be experienced, be well presented and have a professional attitude. Due to the varied nature of the work, we are looking for people who are flexible and adaptable, have good typing and IT skills, and are able to take on tasks such as diary management and arranging travel. We’re looking for people who are articulate, versatile and organised, with the confidence and ability to hit the ground running.

    Our corporate recruitment consultant meets with all clients and candidates, enabling her to get to know them well enough to make the best matches – it is the quality rather than the quantity of the shortlist that truly matters.

  • Temporary office vacancies

    There is a huge need for temporary workers in office support roles in the corporate sector as well as museums, galleries, venues, retail, and beauty organisations. The majority of roles are administrative, receptionist, front of house, office management and secretarial, although we also get asked for people suitable for other roles such as postroom, credit control, events, and even envelope stuffing.

    As offices often need temporary staff to fill in at short notice because of sickness, Amanda is available in the office from 7.30 am onwards, and is also happy to be contacted out of hours.

    Temporary staff must have previous experience of the roles being applied for and be IT literate to enable them to start working quickly and efficiently.

  • Meet Amanda

    Amanda will never put forward a candidate she has never met. She is very hands-on and will ensure they have the right documentation, credentials and references before introducing them to clients. She will never put forward a candidate unless she believes they are a good professional fit for the vacancy and a great personal fit for the brand.

    She will stay with her candidates for their entire recruitment journey, briefing them thoroughly before they begin work or have an interview.
