A unique part of Londons underground history is opened to the public, providing a small number of guests the opportunity to explore and learn about a well preserved historical time capsule, led by experienced tour guides.
The attraction has a team of Customer Service staff, led by a Duty Supervisor, to ensure all guests experience a fantastic visit. You will be expected to ensure the Customer service Team provide a good level of service and you will be an escalation point for any issues that arise and problems that need to be resolved.
Opening from Wednesday to Sunday each week, the Duty Supervisors will do 2/3 shifts of 10 or 12 hours each week.
Successful candidates must have:-
Suitable management/team leader experience in a similar exhibition/events environment
Excellent customer service/complaint handling skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Experience in public health and safety requirements and evacuation procedures
Dedication and commitment of keyholder responsibilities
Good level of physical fitness / ability to stand for long periods / ascend descend stairs frequently
A positive and proactive approach to work
An interest in London’s history.

Pay rate: £13.43 hour. Training will be provided.
