This is an exciting opportunity to join the world famous Windsor Great Park, which welcomes over 5 million visitors a year. As Visitor Services Team Leader, you will manage a team of ambassadors responsible for delivering an exceptional standard of customer service to our visitors.
You are a brilliant and friendly communicator, with the ability to quickly anticipate problems and identify solutions. You are highly customer oriented, a true team player who leads from the front, who has a real enthusiasm for Windsor Great Park and its vibrant history.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate our Visitor Services Team.
You will train and support your team to ensure that our visitors have a memorable, enjoyable and safe visit. You are responsible for ensuring that your team is briefed in all aspects of customer care, products and ticket sales.
In addition, you will devise and schedule staff shift patterns, liaise with suppliers and other internal stakeholders within the wider team.
You will need to have a proven track record in an environment where the customer comes first. You have the ability to build and manage a team of full and part time staff and motivate them to bring their ‘A’ game each and every day. An excellent and confident communicator, you will be approachable and enthusiastic, as well as being capable of resolving concerns in a professional manner whether from staff or visitors.
