We have a brilliant opportunity for an SIA-licensed individual to become a Visitor Services Manager for a major national Museum in London.
As Visitor Services Manager, you will provide professional management and leadership to ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to museum visitors at all times. You will manage the welcome teams, front of house sales, cloakroom and information provision services. You will also be responsible for ensuring visitor and staff safety.
We are looking for someone with an SIA licence who has significant experience as a supervisor or team manager. You will be a customer service superstar with fantastic communication and leadership skills. Highly organised, you will be excellent at time and priority management. You will need a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
