We are recruiting for a Visitor Services Duty Manager for a hugely popular London music attraction, which delights its guests with a memorable experience, blurring the lines between physical and digital.
Based in a custom built Arena, with internationally acclaimed music at its core, this concert attracts visitors from all around the world, and you will play a key role in running the show!
As the Visitor Services Duty Manager, you will collaborate with the Visitor Service Managers to continue to develop a dynamic audience-focused team and ensure an unrivalled visitor experience.
As an experienced leader of diverse customer services teams in either a mid or large scale venue, you will have a genuine enthusiasm for exceeding visitor expectations.
Integral to your role will be the ability to manage visitor access, flow and seating safety in addition to show operation safety.
You will need to be a brand ambassador at all times and deliver training and mentoring to support your teams with the delivery of execellent customer service standards.
With 3-5 years visitor attraction experience in a similar role, you’ll ideally be IOSH H&S accredited with bags of passion for the music sector.
Your passion for training, mentoring, and developing teams will need to shine through along with your proactive problem solving skills.
As an excellent communicator who is fluent in English (written and oral), you will need to demonstrate outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to shine within a Management team framework.
