Join The Crown Estate for your next adventure and be part of something big. Adventure Play will be launching late summer 2022 at The Savill Garden in Windsor Great Park.
We have a number of Visitor Experience roles available, both part-time and full-time. Adventure Play will be a place for the whole family to explore and discover together. It is a new ticketed attraction which will enable visitors to enjoy adventurous play in a woodland setting.
We are looking for Visitor Experience Hosts who will act as ambassadors for Adventure Play, providing exceptional customer service, welcoming and connecting visitors to ensure they get the most out of their visit.
You will comply with all safeguarding procedures, as well as implementing health and safety protocol. You’ll promote membership and retail offerings, carry out daily inspections to keep areas clean and tidy, and manage queues where necessary.
Above all you will be ensuring that all visitors are safe and have a wonderful, unforgettable experience.
Our dream candidate is someone with a track record in a customer service or public facing role, as well as experience of working with children. You’ll have a good understanding of health and safety and safeguarding practices, with the ability to work in a way that promotes the well-being of children.
A customer service superstar, you’ll need fantastic communication skills and plenty of charisma and confidence. You’ll go above and beyond to ensure that visitors have a fantastic experience.
Please note – due to the nature of the Adventure Play Host position, relevant DBS checks will be undertaken so proof of ID and address must be provided at interview.
