We are looking for a Visitor Attractions Manager to become part of a game-changing digital immersive art and culture proposition opening in the Autumn. The company has secured a high-profile Central London venue.
This is set to be a ground-breaking, large-scale immersive experience, bringing in millions of visitors per year. The company intends to expand by securing additional venues around the country. This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to join a highly motivated management team at the start of an exciting journey.
As a Visitor Attractions Manager you will manage a team of front of house and gallery staff, overseeing daily operations and ensuring each visitor has a high-end experience. You will work closely with third party events and catering partners, as well as liaising with the A/V technicians to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
You will be the point of call for first aid and health & safety emergencies and ensure that the front of house team is fully trained in this area. You will be fantastic at training, leading and motivating a team with the goal of becoming London’s best attraction.
Overall, your main goal will be to ensure that every visitor has a fantastic experience and that both visitors and staff are safe at all times.
The dream candidate is someone with at least three years of visitor attraction or museum/gallery experience as a duty or operational manager. You’ll need to be first aid trained with strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
You will need to be a brilliant team leader with knowledge of people management, training and staff rostering. It goes without saying that you will be an excellent communicator who is always customer-focused. You will be a well organised problem solver with knowledge of venue ticketing and access control systems.
