Our client, one of London’s new attractions, is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Visitor Attractions Manager to be based in Central London.
The Visitor Attraction Manager will manage a team of front of house and gallery staff, including supervisors. They will oversee daily operations, welcoming guests and ensuring each visitor has a high-end experience.
There will be times when the Visitor Attraction Manager will be required to liaise with various stakeholders, such as events and catering partners, sometimes working together on projects. You will work closely with the A/V & Technology Manager and duty A/V Technician to ensure 100% experience delivery to all guests, reporting any technical issues within required SLA agreement times.
You will also be the point of call for first aid and health and safety emergencies, ensuring that the front of house team is fully trained in this area.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and the ability to train, lead and motivate a team to turn one of London’s newest attractions into one of London’s best attractions.
You need 3-5 years of visitor attraction or gallery/museum experience as a duty or operational manager. Experience in events is required and health and safety training is ideal. You will also need to be trained in First Aid.
