We have a number of exciting opportunities at Visitor Attractions across the UK, focused on providing an exceptional standard of customer service to visitors.

We’re looking for highly customer oriented individuals with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. You will be outgoing and friendly with a positive and proactive approach to work.

The role

Our clients are looking to fill a wide range of customer service roles across a number of Visitor Attractions. The main purpose of these roles will be to deliver the highest standard of customer experience for all visitors.

The roles are temporary and often very flexible, so people who have varied availability and are keen to pick up work across the sector would be ideal.

How you’ll dazzle us

To be awesome in this role, you’ll need to be confident, friendly and approachable. You’ll have brilliant customer service skills. We are looking for flexible, outgoing people who are excellent communicators and have a passion for Visitor Attractions and Heritage.

You don’t necessarily need relevant experience. We are looking for anyone who is outgoing with great people skills, so even if you’ve had previous experience in acting, retail or hospitality you could be the person for the job!

A second language would be beneficial but not essential.
