As a global luxury skincare and beauty brand, this London based brand has a fan base of celebrities and consumers alike. Reporting to the Commercial Director the successful candidate will benefit from working both with the internal teams within the company and also the buying teams at major retailers.
Constantly evolving, with the aim to surpass expectations at every stage of the customer journey, this brand is looking to recruit an ambitious individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the confidence to develop their skills and implement new ideas to take the business to the next level.
You will be responsible for driving the retail and wholesale growth in line with key profitability KPI measures in line with wider business budgets.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the relationship with a large UK multiple retailer across 5 categories: Facial skincare, Clear Skin, Self-Tan, Colour Cosmetics and Gifting. This means you will have the responsibility and ownership for the execution of the brand within these categories. In addition you will manage and develop a selection of accounts with other major retailers.
What’s more, you will be building and managing the Joint Business Plan across all categories throughout the year identifying risks and opportunities and building contingency plans where necessary.
With previous experience within the skincare and beauty industry, you’ll be able to show us evidence of when you have previously proactively taken the initiative to improve business efficiency or performance.
We will also be looking to see if you are on-point when it comes to minimising controllable costs, keeping within budget and driving the profitability of major accounts.
As a great communicator, you will be able to showcase the qualities which make you the ideal candidate for this role.
In addition, you will have a proven track record in influencing retailer initiatives and collaborations to ensure a brand is maximised, such as securing increased distribution, second site placement and on-line space.
