Travel Retail Supervisor – Stansted

We are hiring for an immediate start! A dynamic team leader/ supervisor to lead, motivate and manage our retail team at Stansted airport.

You will be responsible for building a collaborative relationship with World Duty Free staff as well as the Artisan People team.

You will be completing rota’s, managing the team in terms of attendance, performance, grooming and training whilst supporting with recruitment of incredible retail staff.

You will have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and work at a fast pace.

You will need to be available at weekends and early morning shift times.
