A well-established company that distributes luxury skincare brands into the major luxury department stores is looking for an experienced Trainer / Area Manager.
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Skincare Trainer / Area Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates and therapists to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day duties, overseeing staff, and providing strong leadership to the company and stakeholders. You’ll also be responsible for the Staff Rota, recruiting new hires, resolving staff disputes, handling customer complaints and supervising employees in order to monitor staff performance.
This role will require you to lead training classes with new therapists, sales associates and sales advisors on treatment protocols, brand, skin physiology and theory on the products. You’ll also be required to host one-to-one training sessions.
As Trainer / Area Manager, you should have proven strong leadership and people management skills, as well as business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment. You should also have proven management skills within cosmetics or a luxury brand. Product and therapy training is highly desirable.
We’re looking for a candidate with an inspirational and positive attitude who has come from the Luxury Beauty/Skincare sector. 1-2 years of Trainer / Area Manager experience is essential.
