Trade Marketing Manager

A modern hair care brand is looking for a passionate and strategic Trade Marketing Manager to lead their efforts in the Europe, Middle East, and Asia markets. To be based in their London headquarters. This is a 12-month maternity cover role.

The role

As Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy to accomplish the brand objectives in terms of image, sell-out and profitability in retailer accounts across UK, Europe, Middle East & Asia.

Your key responsibilities:

• Communicate annual marketing calendar to each retailer (launches, sets, GWPs, Sampling, PR, Media, Education etc.) and maximise brand opportunities
• Coordinate and supervise launching calendar per retailer
• Develop and implement the marketing plan to balance brand building and sales building initiatives
• Define forecasting for samples and GWPs with sales and demand planning team
• Lead permanent in-store plans
• Organise and coordinate training sessions on new products and general brand trainings with retailers

How you’ll dazzle us

Our ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field, along with prior experience in Trade Marketing. You excel at both written and verbal communication, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Additionally, you have a knack for analysing data and using it to inform your decisions. Comfortable working in dynamic environments, you can influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
