As Trade Activation Manager, with both a creative and a commercial mindset, you will lead the development of omnichannel marketing initiatives (online and offline) to drive awareness, loyalty and sustainable growth. Liaising with cross functional teams, you will deliver the go-to-market and trade marketing strategy on the brand and innovations, adapting global content as required by the business.
Within this role, you will be curious and aware of beauty and fashion trends, always bringing fresh ideas and be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills. We’re looking for someone who is creative, resourceful and proactive in identifying opportunities or issues, exploring and proposing innovative solutions.

Ideally, you will have relevant experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, activation in international, omnichannel, fast-paced businesses as well as first hand experience in the beauty industry and experience working with agencies.
You should be proficient in the use of PowerPoint and Excel, be familiar with all popular social media platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential and knowledge of Klavyio or other marketing automation platforms is a plus.
