Ticketing and Digital Coordinator

This is an incredible opportunity for a proactive and confident individual to join The Crown Estate as a Ticketing and Digital Coordinator for the Windsor Great Park.

The role

Key responsibilities include testing and implementing products and new features on the ticketing system, training and mentoring staff to deal with system challenges and problem solving.

You will be responsible for setting up new users on the membership and ticketing system, testing and implementing products and new features and ensuring that the database is kept up to date.

Once the system is up and running, the role will begin to incorporate some elements of digital marketing. You will produce brilliant written and visual content for all digital channels, with a focus on increasing engagement and following on social media and maximising online ticket sales.

How you’ll dazzle us

A ticketing and operational professional, the successful applicant will have a mixture of technical and operations skills combined with great communications skills. You will be able to problem solve with colleagues and be able to speak with them effectively, as well as provide sales analysis and maintain data integrity of the system.
