The role

As Agency Terminal Manager you will have a competitive salary plus benefits, along with great opportunities for career progression. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all visitors to the airport receive the highest standard of customer service.

This role requires that you’ll ensure staff are always highly motivated, enthusiastic and friendly throughout the day.

You will ensure the site is clean, presentable and safe. You will answer visitors’ questions and deal with any customer service queries that may arise. You will be flexible to work shifts and weekends.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are looking for a customer service superstar who has excellent problem solving skills. You will have experience working in a retail management role. It would be desirable to have airport experience but not essential as full training will be given. You will demonstrate good planning and organisational skills as well as being confident handling staff rotas.

You will be a natural team leader, with the ability to manage, train and mentor a team of staff and ensure that the airport is a pleasant environment for both staff and visitors at all times.
