Supply Planner

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a luxury, world-famous beauty company as a Supply Planner based in London.

The role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be supporting the successful and smooth running of all Supply Chain operations. You will build fantastic relationships with retailers, aiming to provide an excellent service, maximise stock availability and deliver on time.

You’ll coordinate with commercial teams to consolidate sales data and deliver weekly reports with analysis. You’ll also support all teams on any supply chain related issues, assisting in the implementation of new processes and product launches.

How you’ll dazzle us

The dream candidate is someone with experience in supply chain or merchandising, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry. You will have a proven track record managing external customer relationships, ideally with premium UK retailers. A degree or equivalent in the subject area is desirable.

Highly numerical and analytically minded, you’ll be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to work well under pressure. ERP systems experience is essential as well as basic IT skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
