We are on the hunt for a customer service superstar to join a world-famous well-being beauty brand as Supervisor for their standalone store in London.
As a Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a standalone store, assisting the store manager with team management, payroll, stocktakes, and reports. You will offer an exceptional standard of customer service at all times, leading by example and supporting the team with daily tasks.
You will ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld. You will also be responsible for adhering to health and safety guidelines, carrying out staff training, and driving forward sales and company objectives.
Occasionally you will be required to organise in-store and field events to promote the brand.
Our client is looking for someone with a passion and flair for customer service. You must be able to offer an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine, and in line with the company’s brand values.
Ideally, you will have a passion for retail and experience managing a team. You must have a natural interest in health and well-being and want to share your well-being journey, tips, and advice with customers and the rest of the team.
You must be able to work well in a team and thrive under pressure. Being able to react to change in a positive but calm way and maintaining professionalism is always key.
You must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights may be required.
