Concession Manager

We’re looking for a Concession Manager to join a luxury fragrance kiosk in Manchester’s Arndale centre.

The Role

As Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kiosk, creating real connections with customers, demonstrating brand values, and ensuring customers have a fantastic shopping experience.

Creating a warm and fun environment for both staff and customers, you’ll have specialist knowledge of all the products, offering customers information and advice on what will work best for them, being a shining example of great service and high performance.

You’ll hire, train and supervise staff and be responsible for conducting personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths. You’ll also be responsible for dealing with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc) and complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

How you’ll dazzle us
