Store Manager

Alessi UK, an established Italian design company, is looking for a Store Manager for its concession in Harrods, based in London. 40 hours per week (5 days).

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the shop, creating real connections with customers, demonstrating brand values, and ensuring customers have a fantastic shopping experience. You’ll be dealing with cash and credit card transactions at the till, organising stock, product displays and visual merchandising, as well as carrying out other day-to-day operations duties and any other requirements in the store to service the customers.

You’ll manage a team and be responsible for leading, developing and supporting team members to meet sales plans and profitability targets, creating a warm and fun environment for both staff and customers. You’ll have specialist knowledge of all the products, offering customers information and advice on what will work best for them.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years’ experience as a Store Manager and an enthusiastic, positive attitude.

The perfect candidate for this role is someone talented, committed and passionate about their work. A customer service superstar, you’ll be highly motivated and eager to undertake new projects. You’ll be well organised, immaculately presented and love working with a team.
