An organic beauty brand is looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to grow their spa division, based in London. This can be a part time role (3 days a week/freelance) – 15 month maternity cover with the possibility of becoming permanent.
As Sales Account Executive, you’ll be a key driver of the brand’s growth within the spa channel. You’ll build and nurture relationships with existing spa partners, while also spearheading outreach to new spas, clinics, and therapists both domestically and internationally. This outreach will focus on promoting both the spa treatment range and retail products.
You’ll play a key role in training new spas on massage and facial protocols, ensuring they can deliver an excellent brand experience to their clients. Through targeted outreach, effective account management, and ongoing training, you’ll be instrumental in making the brand well-known for natural and organic massages and facials.
This role requires a passionate and experienced individual with a background in both spa and retail beauty. Our ideal candidate will be a multi-talented professional with experience in sales outreach, account management, and training. You will possess a strong network of contacts and excel at building customer relationships.
Additionally, you should be a skilled trainer, demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, and be both dynamic and enthusiastic. The ability to work independently while also fostering company-wide relationships is crucial. You should understand how to cultivate and grow key accounts, and possess a passion for beauty, skincare, and natural/sustainable products. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to travel are also essential.
