As Social Media and Community Marketing Executive you’ll engage and delight customers with interesting, unique content across multiple platforms. You’ll offer product knowledge and advice about skincare solutions, delivering great customer service across paid and organic social media channels. This position will be at the forefront of ensuring the brand is listening to its customers and delivering for them in its marketing and communication strategy.
To be brilliant in this role you’ll be highly creative and have experience of social media marketing across multiple platforms. You’ll be super confident at high speed online responses and engagement with customers. A skilled copywriter, you’ll be able to create unique and exciting content, and will need strong time management and organisational skills.
A fantastic communicator, you’ll have experience managing customer expectations and going above and beyond to meet their needs. You’ll be up to date with all beauty and social media trends and have an excellent understanding of customer demographics. A passion for all things beauty is definitely a bonus!
