We are looking for fabulous Customer Advisers!

You will be responsible for representing and embodying the ethos of the brand in either Stansted, Gatwick or Heathrow Airports. You will guide and educate customers on all the products and services, ensuring they are supported throughout their journey in store, offering enthusiastic, informed and commercially minded advice to all our customers with the goal that they get the best out of their experience. You will be truly passionate about what this brand is aiming to achieve, and you will bring this to life on a daily basis.

You must be:

• Experienced in skincare or wellness retail
• A keen interest in skincare, anti-ageing and wellness
• Able to lead an engaging customer journey that delivers commercial results whilst also educating and promoting brand loyalty. With a patient outlook and comfortable dealing with queries from both customers and colleagues
• Professional, passionate, and outgoing personality
•  

  Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
