This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a world renowned skincare brand loved by celebrities and consumers alike. As part of our Client’s exciting business expansion, we are looking for a Site Merchandiser to join their Digital Experience Team.

You are a creative ‘utility player’, who understands the make-up of eCommerce and focuses on meticulously planning out the eCommerce site merchandising calendar to support the overarching Digital Experience’s strategy. You must have an eye for the best customer journey that will achieve a frictionless shopping journey and a mind that can analyse data to confirm the hypothesis of an optimised customer journey, resulting in an improved conversion rate.

You understand consumers’ interactions and behaviours with the trending eCommerce and social media platforms. You will help the Digital Experience Team to champion and emphasise customer experience consistency, optimising product and site content in all digital touch points, translating them to support our revenue target and customer satisfaction.

The role

Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, your duties will include:

  • With the support of a Digital Marketing Assistant, make sure the website’s products are all properly set up in the database and that prices and images are correct
  • Based on on-site searches analysis, collaborate with the SEO agency, copywriters and design team to optimise content for products and landing pages
  • Monitor the brand’s online presence on our DTC platforms (owned platforms and Marketplace websites), ensuring coherence and respect of brand guidelines in terms of product presentation, pricing policy and web marketing agreements
  • Own Digital Experience Team’s reporting, share with senior stakeholders regular and ad hoc reports that prove or suggest the effectiveness of the site merchandising and performance marketing
  • Explore and evaluate new tools and suppliers that helps with CRO. Always have a good UX in mind when suggesting improvements made for the website, responsible for thorough testing before rolling out any new site changes
  • Working with CDO, monitor and report on the effectiveness of each digital acquisition channel, analyse budgets per acquisition channels and assist CDO with budgeting, forecasting and projections
  • Familiar with all of the marketing initiatives, customer acquisition and retention programmes via key marketing channels
  • Research and analyse local market and competitors
  • Help to establish personas and with data provided by the CRM/Customer insights Team

How you’ll dazzle us

Preferably with a Batchelor’s Degree, you will need to have over 5 years’ experience preferably gained in beauty and/or luxury brands. Skilled with MS Excel and eCommerce KPIs reporting, you will have strong analytical skills and experience in GA, CRO, A/B and multi-variant tests running and analysis. A creative thinker, you will be a true team player and enjoy working in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

Experience of working with Shopify, Amazon and Klaviyo would be an advantage.
