This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a world renowned skincare brand loved by celebrities and consumers alike. As part of our Client’s exciting business expansion, we are looking for a Site Merchandiser to join their Digital Experience Team.
You are a creative ‘utility player’, who understands the make-up of eCommerce and focuses on meticulously planning out the eCommerce site merchandising calendar to support the overarching Digital Experience’s strategy. You must have an eye for the best customer journey that will achieve a frictionless shopping journey and a mind that can analyse data to confirm the hypothesis of an optimised customer journey, resulting in an improved conversion rate.
You understand consumers’ interactions and behaviours with the trending eCommerce and social media platforms. You will help the Digital Experience Team to champion and emphasise customer experience consistency, optimising product and site content in all digital touch points, translating them to support our revenue target and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, your duties will include:
Preferably with a Batchelor’s Degree, you will need to have over 5 years’ experience preferably gained in beauty and/or luxury brands. Skilled with MS Excel and eCommerce KPIs reporting, you will have strong analytical skills and experience in GA, CRO, A/B and multi-variant tests running and analysis. A creative thinker, you will be a true team player and enjoy working in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
Experience of working with Shopify, Amazon and Klaviyo would be an advantage.
