This is an amazing opportunity for a creative and confident individual to join an innovative cosmetics company as Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, based in London.

The Role

As Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, your role will be to manage all visual merchandising and delegate store design activity associated with the delivery of the Visual Merchandising strategy.

The role will require you to guarantee maximum qualitative visual impact of the brand at each point of sale in line with brand DNA and local strategy. You’ll also be responsible for creation and implementation of launch and permanent merchandising tools and guidelines, consistently executed across the UK distribution channel.

You will be managing, coaching and developing a team of two.

How you’ll dazzle us

Our client is looking for someone with experience in visual merchandising in the beauty industry and experience of working across several beauty brands on a daily basis is a plus.

The perfect candidate will be methodical, acutely attentive to detail, have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complexity. You’ll have the ability to work under pressure with short deadlines as well as the ability to act on your own initiative, you’ll take ownership of projects and tasks through to successful completion.

A positive individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude, you’ll have a passion for exceptional representation of the brand at all times and display a willingness to be involved with all nominated projects. You’ll have a flexible approach to work, with the ability to support changing needs and demands and work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.

Ideally, you will be proficient in Sketch Up Photoshop, InDesign, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and have a clear, prompt and concise reporting style. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal are essential.

The ability to undertake travel is a must and you should be able to present a portfolio of previously created and implemented launches.
