Senior Sales Associate

We’re looking for a senior sales associate to join our client’s flagship store in Mayfair, London. This is an amazing opportunity to become a true brand ambassador.

The Role

As a senior sales associate, you’ll be expected to meet sales targets, implement actions to improve performance, master sales techniques as well as sales KPIs, and offer a tailored service in store with a stylistic approach. As the Store Manager, you’ll be required to handle inventory, take ownership of all incoming and outgoing stock, and ensure that all internal operations and procedures are properly applied and followed

The role will require you to be client-oriented, master a luxury sales ceremony, and implement proactive client management.  You’ll be overseeing the services and actions to implement towards customers, building a long-term relationship with customers with the aim of building your own client book, and handling customer after-sales service, including special requests.

You’ll be expected to be a product specialist by maintaining good knowledge about collections and materials and high standards of merchandise and product presentation. You’ll also be expected to show an understanding of daily figures and sales performances, as well as proactively engage in team discussions on how to increase sales, recruit new customers, and retain existing ones.
