Senior E-commerce Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a creative and charismatic individual to join a well known beauty brand as their Senior E-commerce Manager. You must have a strong e-commerce background for this role.

The Role

The Senior E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the brand’s websites, optimising user journeys.

The role requires you to use data, heatmaps, and other engagement tools to ensure high conversion, a higher average order value and engagement. The Ecommerce Manager will have strong commercial acumen, be data passionate, and have great attention to detail.

How you’ll dazzle us

The perfect candidate will have 3+ years experience in e-commerce within a fast-paced environment or similar, ideally within the retail/beauty sector. As well as experience of delivering digital solutions utilising UX best practices, with excellent knowledge of digital infrastructure best practice and site mechanics, you should also have proven experience in managing third party suppliers.

Ideally, you have technical experience with e-commerce platforms and be Google Analytics proficient. You have solid commercial acumen, with a proven record of delivering results and excellent numerical and analytical skills with a commercial drive.

It’s essential that you have strong communication skills, as well as excellent organisational and project management skills. Knowledge of digital marketing channels is a must.
