Our client seeks a dynamic and passionate Senior Commercial Development Manager to develop existing leads and create new ones across multiple sales channels, both in the home market and overseas.
You will demonstrate a keen understanding of the brand and how, and where, it needs to be positioned. We are looking for someone with plenty of ambition, bags of passion and a proven track record in accelerating sales growth.
Integral to the role will be the ability to identify new sales channels, manage existing retailers and overseas partners, and drive sales. You will have a vital role in helping us establish the company as the leading men’s makeup brand.
With a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Business Development Manager, preferably within the Fashion or Beauty industry, you already have a proven track record of double digit sales growth.
You have a fearless and tenacious approach, and are not afraid to be front-facing for such a disruptive brand. Your strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable insights will be underpinned by your excellent organisation and communication skills.
The ability to be a team player in a close-knit, high-energy, fast-paced environment is an absolute must.
