Senior Buyer

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Buyer to join their creative and innovative Head Office team in Dublin. There is a relocation package offered as well as a competitive salary, pension scheme and other exciting benefits.

The role

As Senior Buyer, you will be reporting to the Joint Head of Home & Lifestyle and lead a team of two Assistant Buyers and two Buying Administrators. You will be responsible for developing the buying strategy by sourcing, selecting and purchasing a broad range of brands, identifying opportunities and new products that will deliver exceptional revenue generation.

How you’ll dazzle us

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of Buyer experience with expertise preferably within the Home & Lifestyle category. You’ll need to have a passion for delivering an unrivalled customer shopping experience and an interest in homewares and gifting, as well as the ability to innovate in this area.

With strong leadership skills, you’ll be able to inspire buying teams. You will need to have experience with budgets and a proven ability to achieve ambitious commercial targets and generate new business.
