Senior Brand Manager

Exciting new launch of a luxury holistic home product range which is being developed in a small team from the London office in SW1 Buckingham Gate.

The role

This role is for a Senior Brand Manager. We need someone who has launched a brand before ideally within beauty or cosmetics. It is a standalone autonomous role and a multidisciplinary function sitting. You’ll be managing Key Retail accounts both online and in-store/concessions, such as Space NK, Cult Beauty, Harrods, Liberty, Net-a-Porter, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and more.

You will be working full time. Benefits to be discussed at the interview. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and time off at Christmas as extra. How you’ll dazzle us

Strategic marketing, wholesale and industry experience is key for this role. We’re looking for someone who has worked in B2B cosmetic, beauty, sales, marketing and launching new brands or products. You should be numerate and responsible for fiscal distribution/operations. It’s essential that you can produce budgets, forecasts and oversee financial planning.

The ideal candidate will be a people person with strong communication skills and who is well presented and hardworking. You should be able to take direction and follow instructions but also present ideas to directors to take initiative. You should also be used to working with suppliers and retailers with some good industry contacts.

Ideally, you will be a graduate with a professional marketing qualification/degree/masters. Brand awareness experience is essential.
