Senior Account Manager – US & Canada (International SNAM)

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager with a passion for the beauty industry, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn. 

This is a great opportunity to work directly with the US & Canadian Sales Director. You will ensure all accounts are on track to meet set targets that are defined by the Sales Director.

The role

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) will work directly with retailers and key US and Canadian e-commerce accounts, being in day-to-day contact with all partners to grow, support and develop each account from start to finish.

This role is responsible for ensuring all accounts hold the correct amount of stock, and working closely with Junior Executive to ensure all administrative tasks are delivered in line with targeted deadlines.

You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to meet and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. 

Strong relationship-building skills are a must, for both internal teams and office buyers. We pride ourselves on the long-lasting customer relationships we hold!

The right candidate will also be commercially advanced and bring ideas on how to continue to spot profitable opportunities with retailers
