This is an exciting opportunity to join the world famous Windsor Estate, which welcomes over 5 million visitors a year. As Visitor Services Host, you will act as an ambassador for Windsor Great Park and provide an exceptional standard of customer service.
We’re looking for a highly customer oriented individual with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. You are friendly and welcoming, with the highest levels of integrity and the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy when needed.
The aim of the role is to deliver a positive visitor experience to all our visitors. You will provide visitors with accurate information of natural and historical features within the park. You’ll be welcoming and friendly towards visitors, boarding coaches to provide information. You’ll also assist in ensuring the smooth running of the car park.
You will help to maintain and replenish sales stock, handle queries and process transactions on the tills and telephones, as well as actively ensuring that the park is a clean and safe place for visitors.
To be awesome at this role you will ideally need to have a proven track record of working in a retail environment or with members of the public. You will be flexible, calm and assertive with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for great customer service.
The role requires basic IT skills, numeracy and literacy skills, and a drivers licence is essential.
