The role of Sales Manager is responsible for the ongoing planning and development of our existing retail relationships, whilst pursuing and opening new partnerships across agreed territories.
Responsible for managing and growing existing wholesale accounts (both retailers and distributors), you’ll be focused on achieving monthly and annual wholesale sales targets across all regions. You will also be identifying, pitching and opening new distribution channels, building channel plans and agreeing on JPB’s with customers.
A whizz at numbers, you will be accountable for the P&L management of accounts in addition to budget forecasting and management. In addition, you’ll be expected to provide ongoing analysis of retailer and product performance of agreed territories and updating retailer planograms and assortments regularly.
We’re looking for someone with experience at Sales/Account Manager level who will ideally have worked in a previous role with beauty e-commerce retailers such as Cult Beauty, Net a Porter and Look Fantastic. Totally proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions.
