Fragrance Sales Associates

A luxury fragrance brand is seeking dynamic Sales Associates to be based in Bicester.

The role

As a Sales Associate, your role will be to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in the store. We are also looking for Mandarin speakers and Arabic speakers to interact with a diverse range of customers.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Process transactions accurately
• Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases
• Actively engage in upselling techniques to increase sales
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and provide information to customers
• Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

How you’ll dazzle us

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and selling skills, and have an aptitude for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You should have luxury retail sales experience, preferably in the lifestyle or beauty industry, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.

Excellent phone skills when interacting with customers, as well as proficiency in basic maths for processing transactions will be required. You should possess good time management skills and be well presented. The ability to speak Mandarin or Arabic is a plus.
