An organic beauty brand is on the hunt for a dedicated Sales Account Executive to be based in London. This is a 12 – 15 month maternity cover role with the possibility of becoming permanent.
This role will focus on growing the brand’s presence in wholesale and distribution channels across international territories and the UK. You’ll be responsible for finding new customers, managing relationships with existing ones, and driving sales growth. This includes researching market trends, conducting outreach, negotiating contracts, and onboarding new accounts.
You’ll also be responsible for keeping existing customers informed of new products, promotions, and brand updates. To build strong relationships, you’ll have regular meetings with clients and collaborate with internal teams like marketing, training, and supply chain to ensure our partners have the tools and support they need to succeed. You will be tasked with creating sales action plans, managing budgets, and reporting on progress to senior management.
We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven individual who thrives on building relationships. You are experienced at Excel and PowerPoint, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the beauty industry, particularly natural and sustainable products. Ideally, you’ll have existing contacts with UK and international distributors, and a knack for nurturing key accounts.
With strong negotiation skills and a hunger to learn, you’re an expert at analysing figures to get the best results. An eye for detail and the ability to work independently while fostering company-wide connections are a must.
