Retail Supervisor

We are looking for an ambitious and friendly Retail Supervisor to join a world-famous, luxury wellbeing company at their brand new Edinburgh store.

The role

As Supervisor you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, driving forward sales and always providing the highest standard of customer service, as well as inspiring a sense of calm and wellbeing in both staff and customers.

You’ll assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes and reports, leading by example and supporting the team with daily tasks. You’ll assist with team training and ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Our client is on the hunt for a full-time Retail Supervisor who has a passion and flair for customer service. You must be able to offer an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with brand values.

You must be able to work well in a team and thrive on pressure. Being able to react to change in a positive but calm way and maintain your professionalism always is key. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends.

Late nights may be required. You’ll have a significant retail background and experience of managing a team. You must have a natural interest in health & wellbeing and want to share your wellbeing journey, tips and advice with your team and our customers.
