A London-based travel goods brand is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate.

The role

As Retail Sales Associate, your role will be to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in the store.

You will be working with a brand that stands for timeless design, understated confidence and the pursuit of quality. Spanning luggage to leather bags and smaller accessories, the collection is an ode to travelling smart and in style.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Process transactions accurately
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases
  • Actively engage in upselling techniques to increase sales
  • Maintain an organised and tidy store environment
  • Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and provide information to customers
  • Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

How you’ll dazzle us

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and selling skills, and have an aptitude for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You should have luxury retail sales experience and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.

Strong organisational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain store appearance is essential. Excellent phone skills when interacting with customers, as well as proficiency in basic maths for processing transactions will be required. You should possess good time management skills and be well presented.
