We are searching for someone ambitious and passionate about all things beauty to become a Retail Sales Assistant for an organic luxury beauty brand. The role is based at a high-end London department store.
As a Sales Adviser you will be the first port of call for beauty expertise for your customers. You will be playing a key role within the team to drive and meet sales targets.
You will provide a high standard of customer service, offering beauty advice and tips in order to create fantastic relationships with customers and demonstrating a high level of beauty knowledge. You will encourage your team and customers to try new products, and create opportunities to make sales with everyone you meet in store.
Our client is looking for someone with experience within the luxury retail beauty industry who is determined to deliver the finest customer experience at all times. You’ll be a brilliant communicator with plenty of enthusiasm and charisma, and will need to have relevant beauty qualifications.
You will need to be up to date with the latest beauty and skincare trends, and will be immaculately well presented at all times in order to represent the brand image. You’ll need to be available for retail hours which is likely to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
