Project Manager – Sales & Service Training (Retail)

We are on the hunt for a creative, motivating and experienced trainer to join a world-famous professional haircare brand as a Project Manager – Sales & Service Training (Retail) . This is a field-based role and will involve regular travel around the UK.

The role

The focus is on ‘in store’ and ‘in the moment’ training, achieved through leading by example and observing and coaching the sales team to develop a fantastic sales and service attitude. You will motivate the team to offer a superior, extraordinary, and experiential customer experience!

The Sales and Service trainer will be responsible for growing revenue and delivering KPIs through an exceptional customer focused approach.
