We have a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Accounts Manager to join one of London’s busiest transport links.

The role

The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for managing Retail, Fashion and Gifting Accounts, focusing on collaboration and influencing stakeholders to deliver an efficient retail trading strategy, focusing on income maximisation and improved customer service delivery.

An overview of your key responsibilities:

  • To consistently deliver the retail business plan including sales, income, and costs for your category
  • To grow the business through driving sales growth and customer experience by maintaining constructive account management programs, with strong levels of collaboration, influence, and challenge.
  • To ensure the standard of retail service, trading and operations performance is strong to support a positive customer reputation.

How you’ll dazzle us

Our ideal candidate boasts experience in both retail trading and operational management, backed by strong IT skills (including MS Office). You excel at data analysis, sales reporting, and delivering results against financial KPIs. Your effective communication skills shine through in verbal and written formats, ensuring accurate and concise progress reports. Highly adaptable and adept at influencing change, you possess the key ability to write compelling business cases and feasibility evaluations. Further, your sector experience in fashion, convenience, or gifting adds valuable industry context to their skillset.
