We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the North of England region (Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds) to support existing and upcoming retail locations. This is a hybrid role with one day working from home.
This role entails growing sales, strong leadership of a team, supporting our team and the day to day operations of our busy stores. We’re looking for someone with bags of initiative who can hit the ground running and make the role their own. Previous experience in the world of fragrance or beauty is a plus, but not essential.
You’ll be overseeing and managing multiple territories within a designated region. You will be required to coordinate with store managers, mentoring and motivating them in order to drive the business forward. This will be achieved through store and site visits to assess the conditions and recommend changes. It will also be your responsibility to represent the company at regional events and trade shows.
In addition you will undertake periodic performance evaluations to ensure your team is on the right path to achieving their goals. It will be your responsibility to make sure all stores within your region are performing to a high standard with respect to both sales and service. This will be in line with the company policy of ensuring that all stores are retail centres of excellence.
Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of the business objectives and contributes to the company’s success in the long run.
The perfect candidate will have proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role. You should have the ability to measure and analyse ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs), be familiar with CRM software and have an understanding of store operations.
For this role, you should demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team, have excellent communication skills as well as strong organisational skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
Having availability to travel as needed is an essential requirement.
